You would think that if you were going for a Sonic based title, you would go with one core art style. You either go cell-shaded, cartoon style or photorealism. Though we all remember how Sonic the Hedgehog faired doing that.

Babysitting Cream decides to go for the latter with its environments being 3D rendered and realistic portrayals of a model home. While the character models and hand-drawn and cartoonish. This may be appealing to some but the contrast is something that is difficult to get used to and can really remove you from the experience.
